About

FedUni's Diploma of Project Management will develop your skills and knowledge as an aspiring project leader.

This qualification is also suitable for those already working in a project role and who are looking for a qualification to continue their journey as project managers.This qualification is suitable for all industries such as manufacturing, IT, finance, education, health services etc.

In this program you will learn to manage all aspects of a project including scope, time, cost, quality, project management information systems, how to manage project teams and project stakeholders.With the addition of four elective units to assist in understanding the broader organisation, change management and strategic leadership, participants will gain highly sought after enterprise skills.Information sessions are planned for November 2020 and January 2021.
