The master's degrees build on concepts learned during the graduate diploma and graduate certificate and provide additional training in research methodology.

You may choose to complete the graduate certificate or use it as a pathway into a master's degree in the discipline, subject to meeting admission criteria.

Entry requirements

Admission criteria

A successful applicant for admission to the Graduate Certificate in Infection and Immunity will hold any of the following degrees from the University of Sydney or equivalent:

  • Bachelor of Science
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD)
  • Bachelor of Medical Science
  • Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences
  • Bachelor of Veterinary Science
  • Bachelor of Agricultural Science

In exceptional circumstances the dean may admit applicants without these qualifications who, in the opinion of the school, have qualifications and evidence of experience and achievement sufficient to successfully undertake the award.
