UWA's admission requirements for some postgraduate courses have changed for Semester 2, 2020 to facilitate student access to study during the COVID-19 situation.

Contact Future Students for more information.The Master of Architecture (coursework) is the professional degree in Architecture accredited in Australia by the Australian Institute of Architects (AIA), the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia (AACA) and the Architects Board of Western Australia.

The degree is validated internationally by the Commonwealth Association of Architects (CAA) and through the Canberra Accords, by other international registration agencies.

It comprises a core program in design, technology and professional practice.

Students have the opportunity to choose a pathway of units from the critical studies, technical studies and design streams to increase their knowledge in specialised areas of architecture.

4. To be considered for admission to this course an applicant must have—

(a) a bachelor's degree, or an equivalent qualification, as recognised by UWA;

and

(b) the equivalent of a UWA weighted average mark of at least 60 per cent.
