At this level, workers have responsibility for the supervision of staff and volunteers. Diploma of Quality Auditing

In this nationally recognised qualification students will learn to participate in, initiate, lead on and report on a quality audit. To facilitate continuous improvement, to prepare and deliver a presentation on your finding and to communicate in an influential way during a group setting. The Lead Auditor in WHS & QMS workshop module is certified by Exemplar Global. Attendees who successfully complete this course will receive a Certificate of Attainment following which students have the option to apply directly to Exemplar Global for Certification as: Provisional QMS Auditor/QMS Auditor (based on experience) or Provisional OHS Auditor/OHS Auditor (based on experience) Unlike other training providers, at Swinburne Professional we believe in the holistic development of each person and therefore our qualifications have been structured to not only provide the technical skills required but also to develop the leadership and management capabilities of each person relevant to the level of study that they are engaged in. Diploma of Project Management

The Diploma of Project Management will help you to radically improve your ability to define and manage projects, while maximising productivity. Whether you want to improve your delivery capability or attain formal qualifications and/or professional recognition, this program aims to meet your needs as quickly and conveniently as possible. The program is delivered as a series of workshops and coaching sessions, covering generic project management theory plus individual coaching time which addresses specific industry contexts. During the program you will develop a structured Project Management methodology (based on PMBOK) and identify useful templates and tools to improve your PM capability. You are expected to be working on real projects. Due to the linear nature of project management, this course is delivered in a prescribed sequence. It is not possible to start part-way through.
