You will use various surveying technologies and software for electronic data capture, processing and presentation.Areas of study include surveying practice including computing and produce maps using GIS program, drafting using AutoCAD software, compute coordinates using survey softwares like LisCAD, use of level, chain, total station and global positioning systems (GPS), communication skills, and occupational health and safety. This program is available as either Traineeship or Non-Traineeship program. This program is currently offered to applicants considering a career in surveying after a career in a related or non related field.
