The Graduate Certificate in Project Management is a specialist course for students that are, or aspire to be project managers. It focuses on the application of project concepts applicable for a variety of industries. The course introduces and develops skills to initiate projects and develop project plans to meet project goals. As a result the course allows project managers to make decisions that achieve project targets and outcomes. It adopts a methodological approach to the application of project processes and highlights the integration of different frameworks to a project. The qualification consists of four units and provides practicing project managers and project directors with the technical skills to run projects in challenging environments. Case studies and practical material are embedded within the course to illustrate how the concepts of project management meet industry demands. As a result graduates will be able to demonstrate that they have a comprehensive understanding and the ability to run projects. Candidates with relevant work experience and who can demonstrate the capacity to work at a postgraduate level are eligible for admission to this course.

The course's flexible structure allows you to focus on your individual strengths and interests by pursuing specialisations in Graphic Design, Interactive Media, Screen Production, Animation, or a combination of these areas. Working within multimedia computer laboratories and production studios, you will learn how to create digital media works using industry-standard software tools and techniques. You will learn how to think critically, solve problems, communicate effectively, and work independently and collaboratively in response to digital media project demands. The course can be studied on-campus or online, providing maximum flexibility. The Diploma of Digital Media is an optional exit / interim award within the Associate Degree of Digital Media and the Bachelor of Digital Media. The Associate Degree of Digital Media is an optional exit / interim award within the Bachelor of Digital Media. Sociology is the one social science which embraces the whole range of human activities and this makes it a very wide field of study. As a result, it offers many opportunities for specialisation and these are reflected in the work of sociologists. The Advanced Diploma of Applied Sociology combines core social science skills with an emphasis on employability. In term s of title, structure and practical focus there is no equivalent course offered in Australia. The topic matter of the discipline is generally of wide interest, but the skills developed in the course will facilitate entry into a wide range of fields of employment including: community program s and organisations, policy planning and implementation and government, non-government, aid and development agencies. The Diploma of Education is an exit award from the Bachelor of Education (Secondary) after the successful completion of 8 units (48 credit points). The diploma is non-registerable and suitable for those seeking paraprofessional work in educational settings e.g. teacher assistant.
