Engineering (48 units)
University of Queensland
The Master of Engineering can be taken as a two-year graduate entry program (for students with the equivalent of a 3-year Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) program in a relevant field); or as a three-year graduate entry program (for students with an approved degree in engineering or other relevant studies - for example, a Bachelor of Science with appropriate studies in chemistry). The Master of Engineering provides students with the ability to advance their engineering knowledge and skills in one of a range of specialised fields and demonstrate their learning through practice-focused and advanced technical courses, experiential learning experiences, and research projects. The 3-year program includes foundational courses that allow students who do not have a background in the field to make up the necessary content. Credit towards some of the foundational content may be possible for the 3-year program, thereby reducing the duration.

Leadership in Service Innovation
University of Queensland
The Master of Leadership in Service Innovation is a new program offered online via UQ's partnership with edX to be globally accessible at affordable pricing. The program is based on the principle that today's business environment is changing rapidly. Digital disruption, automation, AI, socio-demographic changes and geopolitical shifts are just some of the factors that make managing challenging, not just for businesses, but for public sector and not-for-profit organisations. This program adopts a multi and cross-disciplinary perspective aimed at developing the transformational mindset needed for leaders in a rapidly changing world. The program coalesces two important challenges facing managers. The first is the move to the service and experience-based economy, which makes it critically important to embed a culture of customer experience, value co-creation, and change throughout organisations. This is facilitated by the second challenge: embedding a culture of continuous innovation that enables organisations to execute new ideas to create value for all stake holders. This program is offered in web-based mode only. Due to course scheduling and pre-requisites, this program can be completed on a part-time basis ONLY.

Environmental Health Sciences
University of Queensland
Physical, chemical and microbiological hazards present constantly changing health challenges. Coupled with population growth, globalisation and climate change, the potential for emerging or re-emerging environmental health risks and threats to human health puts governments, industry and communities under pressure to adapt and apply sustainable solutions. The Graduate Certificate in Environmental Health Sciences (GCEnvHlthSc) is an interdisciplinary program that teaches courses relevant to environmental health practice; it is a collaboration between UQ School of Public Health and the Queensland Alliance for Environmental Health Sciences, an internationally renowned research centre incorporating the former National Research Centre for Environmental Toxicology (Entox). This one-semester program aims to equip public health professionals with knowledge and skills to address complex environmental health challenges. Such challenges require graduates to be skilled in developing anticipatory and integrated responses, which in turn rely on an understanding of the interrelationship among risk factors related to a broad range of hazards and contexts, skills in coordination across sectors and jurisdictions, and risk communication with communities, the private sector and government agencies.
